The FSR5 series of regulated, step-down switching regulators offers output power from 2W to 22W, a wide input voltage range from 4.5Vin to 18Vin and a wide output voltage range from 1.0Vout to 5.5Vout. The switching regulators are available in a 12-pin SIP package in either a horizontal or vertical case/pin configuration. The series also features efficiency up to 96%, over load protection, continuous short protection protection and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
