Bridgewater, MA - Beta Dyne Inc is proud to introduce a family of 150W High-Voltage DC/DC Converters consisting of six single output models. The converters accept 12, 24 or 48Vdc input (2:1 input voltage range) and produce a regulated 48Vdc@3A or 75Vdc@2A at its output with an adjustable range of ±5%. The flexibility of the converters' design allows for custom input and output voltage combinations (Customers may contact factory for custom configurations). The converters feature up to 90% efficiency, 2000Vdc input-to-output isolation, input undervoltage protection, output overvoltage protection, soft start, adjustable output, 300kHz switching frequency, thermal protection, and six-sided shielding.

The high switching frequency of 300kHz, SMD design, and thermal management improve efficiency and reliability. The converters are designed and thoroughly tested for an input-to-output isolation of 2000Vdc.

The converters are housed in a black-coated copper case with six-sided shielding that measures 2.56 x 3.00 x 0.75 inches (65.02 x 76.20 x 19.05mm) and weighs 7.87 oz. (223g).

The 150W series is ideal for telecommunications equipment that use a 48V supply. They can also be used in applications where a bipolar ±24Vdc or ±37.5Vdc is required.
